hi foilks...im rather new here...just recently purchased a punto active 2003 model
i was given a key but no keyfob for the immobiliser...i have seen several fiat keyfobs for saleon ebay but not sure if they will be of for this model....would someone please shed a bit of light and explain to me as to where i could buy a remote security fob for this superb motor....many thanks

being an ACTIVE ( base model),

it's probably not got REMOTE central locking,

just a key with a CODEchip in it,

ask in the punto 2B section,
adding a picture of your key may help,
there are several styles..

has the blue KEY body got a " on it..??,

pretty sure that's a standard ACTIVE spec key,
(your car never had Remote central locking ),

ask in the Punto 2B section to see how awkward a conversion is - if it bothers you,


IF you've only got the 1 key.., get a basic £8 one cut to the same profile,
FIAT will charge a fortune for it if you lose the original..,
