Hi,

I'm trying to find a pre-DPF qubo which i believe could be any model between 2009 and March 2011, but from 2009 it was an optional extra.
I've seen one some distance away which i'm quite interested in, but the owner knows nothing of DPF's. What would be the easiest way over email to get someone to confirm or deny its existence?
Will it be marked as EuroIV on the v5 or is there a specifc vin sequence? Maybe an obvious light on the dash?

Picture of the exhaust system?
Dpf equiped cars will have 3 boxes I think?
Dpf cat and backbox?

The omly easy remote way to tell is to get the VIN number and then ask a dealer (parts department) to tell you if a DPF is fitted.
Checking the euro emissions class will only confirm if one is fitted (class 5) not that one is not. Many class 4 diesels (my Croma for example) have them but were not homolgated to class 5 for vrious reasons. So if you don't want a DPF, you can rule out any class 5 cars. Also presents of a dpf pressure sensor on the bulkhead its a black unit with 2 rubber pipes going to it
