Hi all, my brother's Punto GT remote key is not working, it seems that his remote key wont open/close and set alarm, we have changed the battery and still nothing, any help is greatly appreciated

bad news this one mate....... im afraid you have to take it to fiat, as , they are the only ones who can re set keys!! one of mine has stopped working but im not taking my car to them!
