hi again just a quick question my punto 1108cc 1994 is doing my head in! i do deliveries in it but every time i turn it of it wont start again without belting the starter with a hammer. the lights go dim wheh key is turned to the start position but engin dose not turn. is this the starter? i think so but maby the solonide please help.

they are one unit solonide is ontop of the starter, i'll sell you a secound hand one for £25 if you like, not sure on the postage to ireland are you north or south,

thanks dave i thought they were two units silly me , unfortunalty i had to buy a new one as i need the car for work tonight othewise id of had urs as the gits charged me 185 euro about 120 pounds and when i fitted it i noticed ten power output rateing was different 0.9kw the one i took of was 0.8kw also had to make a dodgy connecter for the wire to the solonide not the thick one but the light one it was a spade clip on old starter nut on new one but what the hell IT WORKS!!!!
