am certain they dont have relays, i have haynes manual infront of me and i can not see one on wiring diagram

Yes the Horn has a relay
I think it is in the Engine bay, If you pop the cover off - it'll show you the location
Same for the inside cabin fuse box too
edit: - Have you also check the fuse for the horn? If you haven't i'd check that, usually the relay for it wont be too far away
