Blower/fan works on setting 3, not on 2 or 1
I've read that this could be related to the windscreen wiper motor trouble i've had (water in the windscreen motor compartment)

238100-heater-only-works-highest-setting.html describes the same problem. I've already read/assumed it's the fan resistor pack, and I want to replace it, but need some more directions on how to find it.

In my search I've already found the 'heating element' / 'heating resistor' in the blower but don't think this is the item i'm looking for.

The resistor pack for the fan speed control remains hidden from my sight.
Was I close with my search? Can you point me the correct location to the fan resistor pack for my Mk1 punto?

Hi it is located bhind the fan unit in the passenger foot well i had the same problem so got a replacement from scrapyard for £15 and it now works on 1.2 and 3

luckily i managed to wrap the wire to gether and it is now setting no 1 back :slayer:
