I have been looking for a centerconsole for my punto sx. I went to the scrappies and the dashboards and centerconsoles they had all seemed to be of a brighter shade of grey then mine. Is this just because they were old and faded, or is there really a dark and light version of the dashboard/centerconsole?

I know in GT's the earlier models 93-95 were a different shade to the later models 98-99 including the door cards, carpet and centre console
could be a similar thing

Yes, agree with Karbine. The "first generation" cars before they reassigned the spec and engines power to the model range, had softer and lighter coloured plastic.

Thanks for the quick reply, I knew my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. I guessed it had something to do with the upholstery colors. Like bright upholstery bright dashboard and darker upholstery dark dashboard.

I own a black 1998 punto 55sx, so Ill keep my eyes out then for a center console from 98/99 to make for a perfect match.
After that I am gonna hunt for some alloys like Karbines! Need to get those! ±'

Yep, mines a 75 ELX in Swift Rosso. With Mark 2 alloys.
