Hi. As i'm now wanting to spray my wing mirrors the same color as my alloys. I'm wanting to sand them down fully again and spray them fully.
Ny doing this I am wanting to take the glass out so I can fully spray and cover everything, are there any clips? or screws that I have to remove or does it even come out? Thanks

I don't think anyone knows...Is the fiatforum finally defeated? cant you just cover the mirror with masking tape and spray around it?

Don't know mk1's but mk2's are clipped in place.

You pop them out and the glass comes out, but you need to be gentle.

Sorry to jump the thread karbine, but you know the other day when you said you were interested in the seat ibiza splitter? I rang up a local seat dealership and quoted the part number and they supply the splitter brand new for £16 + VAT and he said he would have it for saturday. Just thought I would let you know :slayer:

had a play with one today, clips seem very tight, felt like glass was going to break if i pulled any harder

ill be doing mine soon mate just finishing off my rear spraying above number plate. let me know how they come off if you get em off cheers man

I think If I would get one I'd have to get some abarth skirts but I think they would send my insurance straight up?

I havn't declared the skirts, stupid really, but I suppose If I did crash I would just take them off?
