but cant find right one there saying 2 sizes 23mm and 27 mm inner dim

Have you tried looking on ePER? Put you're VIN in there and it *should* get you the right one.
Saying that.....do you have a MK2B (being a 2004), that'll mean there is a possibility of 2 different engines, if yours has a square oild cap that needs to be pulled off it is the same as a MK2, if it has a round screw off oil cap it's be the same as a Grande.
My MK2B has a Grande engine so I always find a Grande 1.2 8V on Autotrader to use the number plate from to get parts!
