Hi,
I just notice, that when starting, illumination lights behind the clock flickers.
Is this normal feature for the Punto, or is there bad earth connection?
Everything else works fine.

You mean they flicker while the engine is trying to start? If that's the case then you need a new car, lol jk. It's fine, it's just the voltage drop as your starter motor is drawing heavily causing your lights to dim / flicker

Yes, while the engine is trying to start.
I am just curious, because my previous cars didn't have this effect.

Could be a sign of big voltage drop due to a poorly alternator and battery

The only thing is your seeing the dash dimming as thats the only light you can see

Id ask for a free battery and alternator test at halfords
You may find the battery is on its last legs since the cold has started ti hit
