Once the solenoid starts venting the boost from the actuator back to the intake, I hear a "pft-pft-pft-pft" noise under full acceleration.

Replaced the solenoid, now it's quieter and the MPG went up 15%, but the noise is still there.

Is this noise normal to some degree, or is the new solenoid also knackered?
