I've already got a 5 channel amp being used up with all of my speakers. I was wondering if I got an active subwoofer if their is a way I can wire it so I don't need to buy another amp?

Active subs have the amp built in, so yes.

Awesome so if I get the amp do I have to wire up all of the wires again or can I just take them from my amp and wire them in, so strip a bit of the wire from the amp and use that?

If it was me, I'd add a fused distribution block, something like this - run the power from the battery into that, then split it into the 2 amps.

Ahh I see but if I did it like this would it matter and would anything bad happen- One wire from battery and rca from the front of the car to the first amp. Take new wires for the second amp and connect from the first amp to the new amp for the sub?
