It depends on how many airbag components are fitted to your car.
2F - 2 Front airbags
2P - Seat Belt Pretensioners (driver + passenger)
2L - 2 Side airbags
2T - 2 Curtain airbags
I - Switch to disable the passenger Airbag
S - Front Seat Passenger detection system
Alternatively, try the 3 options one at a time until MES doesn't say "Incorrect ISO Code" (or similar message)
Also, MES version 1.9 is available now.

Click on the "Download Multiecuscan 1.9" link a short way down from the top of the MES homepage here: http://www.multiecuscan.net/

If you don't know how many airbags you have, hit 'Scan' whilst connected with the red adapter and it'll show up in the list of found modules.
