can any one tell me if there are any more kits available for a 5 door mk 2 punto apart from the car zone one. And will a 3 door front bumper fit a 5 door punto.

Fiat do an Abarth kit for both 3 door and 5 door that has beefy bumpers. Ask you dealer for a Brio catalogue, or order it on the website. It will set you back a bit though - they're usually ovfer £200 + painting and fitting.
