The pipe has come off the squirter.
Open the boot and remove the boot panel by unscrewing 1 screw and pulling the panel with all your might.
Check the pipe isn't split/damaged/perishing and put it securely back onto the squiter.
Pull the wiper motor plug out and give all the connections a clean and reconnect, if this doesn't work you might have to get the multimeter out and check to see if the power is getting through to the motor.
If it is, unbolt the wiper and the motor and remove it, undo the screws and take the motor casing off (nothing will ping out). check for damage. There will be a white box that sits on the housing, this slides off revealing the prongs that carry the power and activate the motor, check to see if there is any damage and clean. Regrease the cogs and reassemble. If that doesn't work you will need a new motor.
Important: the wiper will not work or receive any power while the boot is open, always test with the boot firmly shut.
