Hi, i have a 2003 mk2 1.2L 8v active sport punto, every now and then i am getting a whining noise which sounds like its coming from either the gearbox or the drive shafts, will only start whining tho when ive been driving for about 40-50 mph for a long time,

Also the gear box seems to be leaking oil but im not sure where its coming from, i have a slight susspition its coming from the filler hole at the top, any ideas what could be causing this?

lastly when i changed the clutch the reverse light switch wasnt plugged in so i plugged it in today and the engine management light came on.
