Hi All

Does the Mk2 only have 1 rear side light on the passenger side. Also is there a procedure to clear the bulb warning light on the dash

It has a single fog light on the passenger side (clear section)

The rest are paired, sounds like you just need a new bulb.

no, it has 2 sidelights (red)
only 1 reverse light

sounds like a bulb needs replacing...

Open your boot, behind the light on the pillar is a circle cover, remove this and pull back the circle cut-out in the carpet

use a socket (not sure about the size) to remove the hex nuts, the light unit will then pull out

you will see a black panel with a couple of screws, undo this and the front cover should come off revealing the bulbs

That's strange. I removed the whole lighting unit and there is a bulb socket but no fitting for a bulb or bulb in there.

are there any lose wires around that socket?

also, are you on about the red lights that come on when you put your parking lights on?

I will remove the light again and check.

Yes the red lights right at the top of each light set. The passenger side is ok
