My son has a 1100 punto 55 which is losing water. The leak is from the metal pipe that runs from the RHS of the engine to the LHS and I think it goes into the water pump. My question is how do I remove this pipe. There seems to be a bolt at the RHS which I haven't tried to remove yet its dark at the moment !! If I remove this bolt which seems to attach to a bracket of some sort does this pipe just pull away from the water pump ? I assume there is some kind to O ring inside the pump to stop it losing water.
