What Are The Symptoms Of A Blown Head Gasket?
Ive a 96 55s punto which has No Power Over 50 Mph, Sluggish Acceleration, A Groaning From The Engine And White Smoke From Exhaust, It Also Runs Out Of Water Quite Fast Too!

Most of those you have mentioned are symptoms of hg failure, also look for a mayo like substance in your oil filler cap or sludge/oil in the water tank

As above, sounds like HG. look around all the coolant hoses and the radiator to make sure that you havent got a leak somewhere. Or take it down a garage and get them to sniff test it. Will soon tell you if its the HG or not.
