This is for my mate who's buying 17x8J alloy whhels for his Laguna.

He's buying them online and wants to know what width tyres will fit a 8J rim?

I know it's not Fiat but I guranteed someone on here would provide an answer no probs :worship:

This all depends on if you wish to keep the same rolling radius but generaly for the 8j the 225 is about right why not log on the radius checker and find out :)

Thanks as always people!!!!!!!

Now before he goes buys these wheels and now the correct tyres..............

His laguna is 5x108 PCD. Would he be able to fit the wheels as they are 5x110? Would 2mm matter?

Yes 2mm matters. Itd need wobbly bolts.

Renault usually use a 4 x 100 PCD and Ford use the 4 x 108 PCD, 5 x 110 sounds really wierd!

His laguna is defo' 5x108 (it's the new post facelift 2005 version he has) and according to the dealer the wheels he wants come in 4x98, 4x100, 5x110, 5x112 and 5x114

So in other words I better tell him not to buy them then as they ain't suited to his Laguna?
