The blacking out of the badge is a tv standard, if it was just a car in the background not so much but as it’s the featured car they can’t be seen to be endorsing or rubbishing the brand of another company also intellectual property rules kick in and as they don’t own the fiat logo they are not allowed to feature it in the ad.

If I wanted to make videos in the london YouTube space there are strong rules on what you can and can’t do and one of those things is you’re not allowed to show any company logos or products. If you uses the space then you have to submit your video for vetting before it can be released.
