I own a 1.3 MultiJet and I would like to know if it i spossible to change the orange backlighting of the dashboard into some other color, maybe blue for an example.

Don't know........but have you considered buying a Volkswagen? Pretty sure they do a blue colour.

It would look a bit funny Blue because you would still have the Orange of the computer

there are bulb kits available on ebay for some models, don't know if they're applicable to the panda but can't be far off, and like the above said the computer will presumably still light up orange?

Ive had mine apart recently, down to a dodgy bulb under the heater control and the bulbs are clear. Its just the plastic insert that make the orange colour. Unless you've got some kind of industrial plastic moulding thingamy i'd leave 'em be. Either that or wait and see what colour they are in that chinese thing hits europe and see what colour they are in that!
