I live near Lancaster, and am looking for someone who is a fiat specialist for servicing. The local dealer has just changed (was Rayrigg, now Pye) and I'm not convinced that Pye (a Ford specialist) are clued up about TA's and their quirks. Rayrigg don't want to know (I didn't buy it from them).
Anyone know of anywhere North Lancs, SE Cumbria area?:D

I live North Fylde and when I enquired from Lancaster Rayrigg about buying a Panda they were hopeless. This made me suspect they might be equally useless for after sales so I ended up buying from the Internet. For servicing I have used Blackpool/Chorley Fiat who charge top dollar for servicing but again, I am not convinced they have much Panda knowledge apart from basic service. e.g. When I asked about noisy rear discs (a common fault) they were clueless. As my wife's Trekking in 3 years in May, I will use a local mechanic for MOT and service. I have a new City Cross on Internet order, about 3 weeks away but not sure whether to use Chorley/Blackpool Fiat or the local guy for services. Good luck. Keep us informed.

Couldn't agree more about Rayrigg Lancaster. I too went to them when looking for a panda, and 'not interested' oozed from the place, so I too went to the internet.

The new City Cross will be my 3rd Panda via the Internet and my 4th car. Fiat dealers seem especially prone to disinterest. I had the same problem with Blackpool Fiat this time and ended up at Carwow where dealers do seem to want to sell cars.

Probably too far south but Forward Auto's in St Helens have been around for years and always used to be well-rated. Richard Cort Bury were also decent but have recently gone out of business :(

Even further away but also decent are Windsors, who have Fiat franchises in Heswall (Wirral) and Wallasey.

There's also Italian specialist Autolusso in Penrith who are popular.
