It's been a while since I removed mine, but if I recall, there is a allen head bolt behind the little cover behind the door opener lever, and another one where you put your hand when closing the door (behind another little cover). There are two phillips head screws at the bottom of the door card. When all those have been removed, you have to release all the clips surrounding the door card. I suggest using a plastic removal tool, and gently pulling the door card (panel) clip by clip. Finally just lift the panel straight up (with the window winded down).
