Greetings, fellow Panda owners and Fiat Forumers. Some of you may recognise the title, yes, I've tried this before, yet after giving in to the urges of the right foot returned a poor result.

But this time I'm back with a vengeance.

Take 29 litres of Shell fuel (costing £28 @ 96.9p/litre *gasp*):



One Fiat Panda:



And a driver so determined for success that he's going to put a note on the dash saying "If you use more throttle than necessary, a bear will poo in your mouth when you fall asleep" and the result I hope will be quite interesting.

It will hopefully be a good while until I have to use the MPG calculator.

I'd like to try this but unfortunatly the Panda only gets used a handful of times a month so would take me a year to get the results!! LOL!!

might try it in the 126 just filled the tank from pretty empty at the huge cost of £16.29 LOL

i'll try it in my punto and see what i get fuzzy what model panda is yours? i didn't realise you could get a temp guage aswell, that dash looks well smart! your panda is amazing soo jealous lol

Alex, ALL pandas have a temp gauge (even my panda 45)

just you then plug !!!
yer but christopher we dont all have pretty colours all over our dash boards do we :yum: - not that i'm jealous 'cough'

I don't know so much that fat bloke on TV last night would maybe pay handsomly for it, One grocery bill would probably get you a new GT of some sort.

Actually, I win...

I got form london to New York and only had to put 4 gallons in the tank.

Thats 3470 miles working out at 867.5 mpg!

Beat that!

Unfortunatly the trip to California just wasn't quite so economical....
