Well I think I know the answer to this one but ... are these still for sale from FIAT or does anyone know anywhere I could find one? My sisley has a leak!

What type of Panda we after one for

4wd, Carbed 2wd or injection 2wd?

I know tanks on carbed and injection 2wd's are different and but not sure if the filler necks are the same (I can't check for you as I have both types of tank).

4wd again are different and are unfortunatly no longer available from Fiat. Not sure about the 2wd filler necks though.

PM me if you need any help (y)

Jon.

Jon, speed reading!!!

Well the leak was where the plastic ribbed tube met the metal tube of the fuel tank.
I have had the new fuel tank fitted and they put a big jubilee clip over the attachment and apparently the leak is now fixed. I only just got it back today though so haven't filled it up yet.

The tube now seems to be really close to the rear wheel though but cannot remember if it was like that before. Will have to keep an eye on it.

Took panda back to garage as the tyre was rubbing on the filler pipe. Hideous noise. Anyway with 'some lubrication and force' they managed to get the filler pipe further on to the tank and now there is a much bigger gap so the tyre doesn't rub. Filled it up and it doesn't leak either (y)
