Newbie to the forum and triangle light comes ob

Hi Eberyone
I’m in NSW , I got the Fiat Punto 2006 model in November last year .
When I turn on the lights , the yellow triangle comes on and it says on dash Check running lights or engine. I can’t remember now.
I’ve looked in the manual........ any ideas grately appreciated

Is this the Grande Punto ?

Either a bulb has failed to light..
Likely..!!

Or there is an engine issue..less likely
