Hi All.

Today I'm looking at a 'new' ( 124 on the odo) 124 spider classica , yep I've heard that they have been binned and a 'new' 595 Abarth with 10 on the odo.
Either will be a fun weekend car, as I have X260 XF sport R for day to day use and work.
I will be asking a few techs questions in time ( for instance how to upgrade the headlights on the 124?), though - as a very active member of a jag forum-I find it a tad frustrating when a newbie comes on, adds nothing to the forum and bombards FMs with questions.

Asking questions is a great way to learn, and I'll freely admit we're still lacking in info about the 124 ... unlike things like the Mk2 Punto, where "use the search function" is a mantra oft typed

It is...but I like to contribute too.
The dealers have been on bang on 9am, asking me what time I was coming in?
I told them I would be in at the agreed time and I don't take kindly to being chased up ( still on my first coffee).
I'm very much a FIAT fan, wth a mate having a strada abarth when we were kids and me having a tipo ( with the LED dash) about 25 yrs ago.

The 124 was awful.
Under 150 miles on the odo but had been scraped and banged about.
Shocking...

So we went over to knutsford and bought a tourismo with just under 5k miles on the clock.

Very pleased with it and photos will follow.
