I was just wondering when would u say it's too long to leave a car sitting undriven for? 6 months? A year ? What can go wrong if you leave a car sitting too long.

Brakes will seize up
Tyres can get flat spots
Really is a good idea to go round the block or at least up and down the drive if you can
I left my mr2 in the garage for 6 months brakes seized and had to replace them
You need to keep the battery on a charge
The solar charger you can get will top the battery up
But cars do need to be used

Open ended question.

In the UK we have fuel that is fairly stable

But weather that isnt..

A couple of months.. youll want to run it until HOT.. to bake out moisture.. and get it rolling.

More than that.. summer .. battery off and on charge.

Winter.. proper cover.. or indoor type area.
Do NOT put away wet..

A carport isnt a bad idea..

Either way.. pump up tyres.. remove battery.. and run fuel down to a minimum.

Then adding a gallon can of fresh fuel makes a BIG improvement.

Mine is usually off the road over winter 5/6 months , it gets started every couple of weeks and run up and down the road , don’t apply the hand brake !! , also leave the windows open slightly , you could put a some moisture traps in the footwells just stops moisture buildup [emoji1303]
