Can anyone please tell me if this model had/has remote central locking, I brought it 18 months ago with just one key, not remote, I know I should'nt buy a car with only one key but I have done, cannot find any hard evidence online, only one barrel in drivers door and one barrel in tailgate, normally cars without remote central locking have a barrel in front passenger door as well, hence my suspicions.

Certainly the later 1.2 Dynamics had remote c/l as standard so it would make sense. You're probably going to ask about getting a key made I guess - that may be a tad expensive I fear.
 
Thanks for your fast reply, I have a spare non remotre key donr, just my curiosity getting the better of me.
 
It should have been made with central locking. I was looking at a 2004 Dynamic and it had r/central locking!
 
If the doors all lock when you push in the driver's door "handle" or turn the key in the lock you have central locking and are missing the remote key. Fiat will provide a replacement key. Don't expect it to be cheap.
 
I just purchased a 2008 dynamic 1.2 petrol
1 keyfob with remote central locking, Fiat quoted around £180 for replacement key and £240 for fob I think.


Timpsons said they could do another key for between £50 and £65 if you just want a spare like me


Mind if ask how much your road tax is?! I'm paying £141.75 on dd. I'm sure some 1.2's are £30 and don't know what the difference is
