I was thinking of using Collinite Wax and also using Bilt Hamber clay aswell, are these good products or is there any others you could recommend?

They are just what I use at the moment, do the job well, not had any experience with others tbh.

Quite a few recommend them not a bad price either is there any way of protecting the alloy wheels from dirt? Wax?

Yes, use some 'used' clay to clay your alloys then you can get some special Alloy wax to protect them. This is one Thing i still need to get.

When you say used Do you mean not stright out of a new tin? Ok ill have a look into alloy wheel wax thanks

yes mate, like already been squashed etc so isn't rock solid...think that's what it meant.

Just been reading a bit about wheel wax and theres rave reviews for Collinite 845 might purchase some, £17 a tube sounds expensive though

Loving the abarth headlights! Definitely convinced me this is what my GP needs now! sammclean23 you are fast becoming the headlight fitter for FF are you not (remembering this 'when' i get mine)

There will be one soon on about the 15th because thats when I get paid

How was MITcar? Looked good from what ive seen

Looking at getting Rear Mud Flaps, Abarth Rear Lights and seeing about getting some brake caliper paint

Just need to have a look and see where best jacking point is for trolley jack and where to put axle stands. Any ideas?

under my car , dont know about yours, but there a large flat metal parts (sorry no technical terms) where the trolley jack will support the car well. I think these are just behind the normal jacking points...you'll be able to tell if it will give way or is too weak. Just be slow with things and it will be okay.

axel stands, again, I just put these near the trolley jacks.

Some one may say a detailed mechanic type answer, but this is just from experience

Are they like metal boxes underneath with a hole in? Cheers. Might hVe to open a thread on it to see if anyone can gie me a proper answer on axle stands so i can leave the car sat on those when paint calipers

just to keep it running tbh mate. coils seem to be causing a few probs but need to get them checked out. not sure if cam belt has ever been changed either so need to find out about that.

possibly spacers but still undecided

Nice car! btw I use auto glym HD wax and it gives the paint work so much depth and lasts ages just a quick clean and the cars back mint again. AG products are my favourite by far.
