Hi FF.
I've been on this forum for about a month now, but hardly no progress has been made. I'm making this progress thread so everyone can see my beloved punto, and also to give me motivation to complete goals and lists i have to complete my punto.
I'm now 18 years old, i get 1 years ncb in july, and previously had a saxo before this. The saxo was quite reliable for a few months, but then everything when wrong with it. Eventually, about 5 weeks ago i had a crash. The other driver pulled out of a junction, luckily for me he stayed and took insurance details because he could have easily drove off and left me there.
The old Saxo:
He admitted full liability, thank God because usually people try to get out of it. So then when i got my cash, off i toodled to find a new car. Along came a punto on Autotrader, it looked lush, and i travelled 20 miles to have a look.
I loved what i had seen:
Dark blue
2000 reg
36k miles
Full fiat service history, just had a recent service
12 months MOT
2 keys :slayer:
6 months tax
But there was a slight problem with the paintwork . Even though the slightly bad paintwork, i thought, 'what the hell, might aswell buy it, hardly any miles.' The bad paintwork consisted of and black primered front wing, small dent in passenger door, and some scratches. And there is also a dent in the boot :bang:.
I thought to myself for a few mins, because i needed a car ASAP because i have a part time driving job. I decided to leave a 200 deposit then come back a week later with the other 650. Quite a cheap car in my opinion, payed 850 altogether .
'The bad paintwork is on the passenger side. I'll get some pics of that soon.'
