Thats like 30 quid a wheel, id be into 320 quid and thats without getting 2 new tyres.

well the only other thing is getting new ones from a dealer or a set of replica blades ( a bit expensive though @ £100/corner)

Oh no don't get me wrong id rather second hand ones and im not afraid to get my hands in my pockets. Only if i think theyre worth the money. If not id rather just hold out till i find a nicer set.

That's were you'll struggle coz finding them is hard and people selling them does happen but rare............but I do see your predicament but at the same time make an offer and see what the man says might suprise you (fter all he is accepting sensible ff offers).

Claws appear to be very rare now.... gone are the days when ebay was full of garages selling them cheap, now its dodgy replica blades all over ebay. No ta!

I just paid £160 to have my own claws refurbished, although only 1 was kerbed the original paint must have been poorly applied as it was peeling everwhere. Now they're powder coated and laquered properly should last years and years.

4 Tyres cost me £301 exactly! Garage were told to be very careful when fitting to the refurbed wheels.

I noticed you could get 4 blade replica's with tyres (albeit no name brand) for £400+

Choice is yours!

Although I'll be keeping my claws until the car goes to the scrappies! I get compliments all the time about my extra shiney wheels.

Verrry old thread, sold the Stilo a good 7 or so months ago!

May be some useful info for other people on here though

You only kept the car 5 months? What was wrong with it? Looked lovely in the pics, albeit a bit yellow (but I understand some folk like that colour

)

My post is bang up to date, so thats typically what It'll cost you to either refurb or buy replica's.

So yeah might be handy if anyone uses the search.

Nothing, it was lovely, but I embarked on a new project.... Got a bit bored of the stilo. They are great cars, but felt a bit too much like a family car for a young lad... Not that I'm putting Stilos down, they're great.. Just needed a change and something to get my teeth stuck into
