...following on from Gary's Dolomite thread, i've recently bought a Beige TR7 DHC. I'd sold my Yellow Punto to Beau and needed another garage filling toy.

It's a 2.0L 8v model, twin carb - though the previous owner has already been tweaking ready for the TR8 v8 conversion, adding in SD1 servos, Capri discs, Spax suspension and Wolfrace alloys. All very period!

Really good nick o/s and i/s, was waxoyled at new and has been cherished by all owners. x2 small tinworm bubbles to wheelarches but nothing major.

Check out the Burberry style interior!

An engine bay you can almost stand inside!

Cheaper to buy than my Laguna clutch slave cylinder, simple to diy work on, only £120/y insurance - and rare British heritage FTW!!!

Really clean TR7. Welcome to club retro :) Bring on the old girls.......

Funny how "fiat" people seam to have a classic streak in them as well. (y)

quite like these, my uncle has/had a few (think he has one at the moment) I preffered the MGB GT though, so i've somehow got me one of them! engine bay is bigger in the MG though, so probably easier to work on. spare parts are as cheap as chips too so older popular classic cars make a lot of sense:) hopefully you'll get plenty of fun motoring out of it:slayer:
