Hi all, yep me again.

Does any one with a 99 Marea Weekend TD100 know what the connector type name and number is for ECU error code reading and where the damned thing lives??

Where is the location of the ECU??

I've tried looking for a code reader on the net brick walls spring to mind.....Ta much:confused:

on the TD its a 3 pin socket. there are a few of them depending on which module you need to access. the main one is attached to the front of the engine bay fuse box (back right when looking in bay). you can get an adapter so the 3 pin can be used with a 16 pin obdII connector as used on most obd equipment, although you can also use 3 lengths of wire to connect the 3 pins to the releveant pins on the 16 pin connector (only the k-line is used for transmission)

Thanks for that Jug, I found the connector tucked under engine bay fuse box lid and another at the driver-side front looking into the bay....will try to source the 3 pin to 16 pin plug..
