Can anyone recommend a garage in North West for a Cambelt change for a Marea Weekend 20v? A local garage reckon they can replace 'in situe' as already proven by members of this forum (and I get discount there!) but before I commit to it (and the price tag attached) I just want to ensure that there are no better offers in the area.

If I go ahead with this garage and they prove to be sound I will post there details on this thread.

Cheers, I will give it a go. Car just passed MOT. Needed new brake pads all around. Garage reckon I probably brake hard... I explained the Arrive Alive vans to them and they understood. Had a full service done. Whole lot came to £300 not bad really. They also (finally) found out what was causing the car to shake violently at 90 mph. It was a lump in the rear offside tyre, it has been replaced now and no shake at all. GREAT!

ive done about 5 t/belts the old way(engine out) is the current method to remove all the mounts and shift the engine over a few inches.???
