Have a slight problem with my Marea, when i drive it the seat belt light flickers, but when the wife drives it it doesn`t come on at all. Is this because i`m fat or what?

I am quite large and mine gives me no problems.

If you want, you can unplug the seatbelt warning light. There is a connection under the drivers seat that if seperated, the seatbelt warning will not function. I found this useful as I often travel very short distances and can't always be bothered to use the belt! The warning light was giving me headache :devil:

This happened in my marea too. Its just a loose connection, but the easiest way to fix it, is to plug out the cort under the front seat. Who needs a seat belt light anyway?

Err. if Mr MOT man finds it unplugged it'll fail... be sure to plug it in when you get it MOT'd it'll fail if it flickers too...
