Hi everyone, im new. Just picked up a Marea 1.8 for a song and am over the moon with it. Problem is it only came with the red master key and ive been told by others that normal keys are hard to get. Any experiences?

Hi reflexboy and welcome to the forum.

Any good locksmith (Timpsons, etc.) should be able to clone you a new key from your existing key for about £20-£30.

Saying that however, its usually blue keys that need cloning and not reds. Should be just the same though.

For more info do a forum search on red key, you'll get loads of hits.

my local timpsons could not make a blue from a red, but local key cutters called keys R us did (dont know if they are national), first go one never worked but second go it did, the needed to be programed in though like a new blue (easy) would have so you need 2 done £35 each,
