Their ok but not street legal
Personally i just think they're wrong.........if you want people to point and laugh at you then yeah they're great, personally i dont want people looking at me for that reason

they're not completely illegal... If you're car was first registered before 1972 then they're completely legal, as long as it's not a two tone siren...

I wanna the dixie horn on my panda, but possibly a fad that i can wait out. Its just annoyingly tempting And it would be kinda funny, i would probly wire it so that the musical horn operated with a different switch or something.

yeah would be best to have it serperate for special occasion like when ya panda over takes a bigger car can wave at em and press that as you go past

My dad's Rickman Space Ranger had air horns - mega loud but they wern't musical.

i got a PA sysytem in my car its a COGA PA was on pimp my ride.
its a laugh does 80 tones and you can record your own and even shout random things through it and comes out on loud speaker. makes me laugh when somones got their music pumping out loud next to me and my windows are up i put the mic near my speakers so it plays externally out the car they look like what the **** wheres that comming from lol.
also wolf wistle and nice ass is a laugh at the girls

lol, i am loving those idea's guys! I think a loud speaker attached to a mic could be a hoot! I was also thinkin bout the massive lorry horn on my car, would be hilarious to use on the bmw's that dont think i have a right to use the overtaking lane! Spoilt for idea's now lol
