My wiper linkage failed driver side first then the passenger within 40 miles. I managed to quick fix it until I got home. The first thing I realised was that the wipers would park half way up the windscreen. But when I put it on the faster setting it still wipes the full windscreen. I purchased a new linkage set and replaced the old worn ones. The wipers are now working but the motor still parks half way up the windscreen. Any ideas? :bang:

Yup. Move the arm/linkage that's connected to the wiper motor.

The wiper motor only goes one way, not forward and back as most would think. It works on the same principle as a crankshaft, if that makes it clearer to you.

Disconnect the wiper-linkage and go for trial and error. Shouldn't take much more than 3-4 attempts to get it right.
