Sorry this isn't a PM as I don't have an e-mail address, but, and this might be stating the obvious, have you tried getting the number for the call centre that you might use for a warranty dispute from a FIAT dealer. It's a UK number but it puts you through to English speaking staff in Turin. It's possible they may be able to help you.

If you've already thought of this, then sorry Bud, but it's the best I can do.

Not off-hand, but try your local FIAT dealer's service dept. and tell them it's about a warranty claim.

there are hundreds of numbers and email addresses spread across several sites in italy. i dont know what you mean by "management" but all of the exec team have personal email addresses that can be found using google. many of these details have been previously posted on the forum if you use the search. if you want general customer services enquiries that can also be found online. if you expect fiat italy to be concerned with a complaint about a dealership or vehicle outside of italy then you are going to be disappointment. they only get involved with warranty claim disputes (because they have to pay for them) anything else is the responsibility of your dealer. disputes with a dealer can be resolved using the legal system where you live.
