Oh dear. Just as an afterthought I've asked the place who are fitting my tyres and wheels tomorrow whether I should bring my own wobbly bolts or if they would supply them. To discover the chief man there has never heard of them (even following my not very technical description of them over the phone). Is this a good time to panic? I'm now off to Halfords to purchase some, but is there anything I should know that I should tell these people tomorrow about my flashy bolts or HOPE they have a vague idea of what they are when they see them?

I'm suprised a place that fits wheels has never heard of em before  they are also called variable bolts if that helps. To be safe tell them that the wheels are the wrong offset and thats why you have wobbly bolts but I'm sure someone who works there will know what they are doing

Cheers Shakey, didn't know they were also called variable bolts so I shall try this term tomorrow :). Did explain to him over the phone why they were required. Considering this place specialises in wheels, tyres and exhausts and has come on recommendation I'm a little worried now!

I have had to cancel my wheels/ tyres now because I have spent the last hour ringing round Carlisle trying to find someone with some. No-one has ever heard of them, let alone actually having any (one guy even told me 'someone's having you on love' ponce). May I recommed avoiding ATS in Wigton at all costs (although I doubt any of you were going there anyway). I am off to post on a local forum to see if they can help locate any, but in the mantime if anyone knows of an online supplier that would be most helpful :).

Just order some from here www.rochfordtyres.co.uk for a mark2 punto. Hope they are the right ones its what they advised.
price being

No problem :) I think That is the price for the set, I hope so or more money to be spent. Included email for you to make own mind up

Hi

There is a chance you may require arch mods to fit 18's to your car. You would require special bolts to fit extra £20 total. The special bolts allow 4x98 fitments to take a 4x100 wheel.
