There is a way to find out at least some of them, if you go to the search up on-top and select advanced search, select the leisure lounge and enter your username in the relevant field and switch the display format to posts it will show them up with a count. eg mine says: Showing posts 1-25 of 529.​

Might be capped at 1000 or something like that though...​

if you post twice or more in the same thread it would only be counted as one using that method.
