resistance to change in natural, but so is change so you need to learn to accept it. i tell people that at work every day but they dont listen. if anyone is thinking about a career that involves the management of change, dont bother, find something easier like curing cancer.

by the way, nothing has changed for me.

the "if it aint broken dont fix it" attitude would have us all sitting in trees eating bananas. you can always do better, that alone is a good enough reason to try.

that was broken so it got fixed. the lack of being able to walk upright, apposable thumbs speech. need i go on?

i personaly like change i move my bedroom round very regularly but if something that really doesnt need change gets changed and makes things more complicated then its pointless.

Got to disagree there.

We had 8 staff in work on sunday afternoon to empty shelves and change the plan of things, it was fine they way it was but new lines have come in and we now have many things reduced in price, which already has improved the sales in a day.

I even had one customer who is a regular come up to me today and say 'when did you start doing food'

my reply was years ago.

So change is a good thing
