last night i went hut got pizza each and free salad mrs dave had a coke, i just stole some of hers as it free refils, bill was 12 quid
free salad taste great before pizza but minging after pizza though

tonight i has roast, no fats or oils used

got a Spelt and Honey loaf from asda for 10p

I have just been watching Harold and Kumar and i want a super hot dog

Didn't stop yesterday and by the time 9pm come I realised I'd only had two slices of brown bread to eat

Had a chinese and it was bea-u-tiful!

Adai and Avial
loads of samba and south indian chutneys
