They havent even uttered the words 'act of god' in the months the claim has been going on. The roof is poorly maintained. The tile fell off in November and still missing now I think thats probably enough proof its not been maintained? But I am aware it happened in high winds so its swings and roundabouts.
As you're aware I'm not 100% sure I have a claim and he is in the wrong. Hence the thread. I wanted to know whether it was worth me putting up with the car for a bit longer and try to get the money or to give up and pay for the repair. From the advice here it seems it is worth me pushing.
