I have a 7" Uconnect that I need the unlock code for. I have already tried an online service who provided a code that didn't work (3352).

Details as follows:

I also have a "traceability" number and VIN number is required but won't post them here for obvious reasons.

What info do you need? Is it the VIN number?
I'd rather not try to remove the radio, unless it is easy to do.

You will need to remove the radio and post the serial number from a label on the radio casing.

Another question.... Do I need to wait to enter it if I've had failed attempts? It says code but I've read elsewhere that you have to wait for a 'wait' message?
I don't want to do it wrong and increase the time further.
