As I understand it, and @Davren can likely confirm, VDO radios can't be decoded from the serial number and you'll unfortunately need to approach your friendly local Fiat dealer, or a radio workshop.

The radio display shows Blocked - wait because someone has tried a wrong code too many times. To clear it, you need to leave the radio and ignition switched on continuously until the display shows Code, then enter the correct code. Depending on how many wrong codes have been tried, the waiting time could be between 1 minute and 24 hours.

You have posted the Blaupunkt and Fiat part numbers for the radio. To get the code, I need the serial number. For your radio it will be similar to BPX318XXXXXXXX and should be stamped into the side of the radio.
