Hi, I have an '08 Fiat 500 and the radio suddenly died on memory no apparent reason. I didn't get the code for it when I bought it and many friends have punched in various codes and the screen now displays a 'Blocked' message. I have registered on here and made a donation in the hope that some advice to rectify this problem could be forthcoming on here without having to resort to going to a Fiat main dealer.
I don't know how to remove the unit from the dashboard to get to the serial numbers. Anyone know how to remove the radio?

Hi,
I don't know if anyone can help me but I'm going crazy in my works van without a working radio.
Fiat down in Brighton today wouldnt help me as I didnt have the vehicles V5 with me like any works van does lol so they refused to help even though i was happy to pay.
So im stuck for now and really really need someones help sorting the radio out.
Ive put a pic on here to show you the radio as it seems to have a different label and numbers to most Ive read about on this forum.
