Sony head unit replacement..

Hi there, recently purchased a Bravo after writing my clio off, damn that ice!

I purchased a Sony MP3 player head unit for my clio and thankfully it still works, but after purchasing the bravo I realised that it seems really hard to replace the awful factory standard head unit. (The clio was easy, yank out old one, put in new one)

Obviously I'll need a new facia to hold the unit, anyone able to tell me where to purchase one, and is it hard to remove the standard radio?

Cheers for any help.
